Regular Football Strength Training Drills Keep the Body Healthy

Football strength training drills, when performed on a regular basis, keep the body healthy and fit. The advice was given to me by my uncle but I didn’t heed it all these days. It was reminded to me by my girlfriend. She is a regular gym visitor. I have to agree that she has a very fit and well-toned body. She took the responsibility of teaching me the strength training drills. The first day at the gym was embarrassing in front of her as she went through her drills with ease and I was stuck on the first workout. The squats and shoulder press were the first day tasks. After the squats, I took a long break and moved on to shoulder press. It was a long day for me and I was too tired even to walk back home. The second day was no better as the deadlifts took my life out. But in the successive days, I could feel my body easing into the drills and all the credit goes to my lovely girlfriend.
